Justin and Ryan were great. Justin came and serviced our system as part of our maintenance contract. He did a fantastic job. We had to order a filter, and it came the next day and Ryan came to install it. While Ryan was here I pointed out that there was a high pitch whine, that we hoped would be fixed by the filer. Ryan continued to investigate and discovered that the grating system in the cold air return was causing the issue. I really appreciate that he took the extra time and figured out what the issue was. I called CEC (& Veronica) bc my elderly fathers home was cold & the furnace seemed to be malfunctioning. Within a 75 minute span, Aaron (technician) 1) called me to let me know he was 10 min from my dads home, 2) arrived & diagnosed the issue, 3) fixed the issue, and 4) called to let me know what he fixed & the cost. My dads home went from a frigid 55* (+/-) to a comfortable 72* in less time than it takes to get from Hillsboro to PDX Please extend Extra Special Thanks to Veronica & Aaron who both quickly recognized the need to get my dads house warm again. ETA 6.23.2022 Thank you for providing excellent service for my father's home in Hillsboro! It has been so reassuring to know that I can call if there is an issue with his AC or heating system, and your technicians are able to to attend to the issue quickly. Everyone at Air Stars is amazing to work with. We called and scheduled a quote and had someone out that week. We only had to wait a week to get the install. Henry and RJ were great and did a fantastic job. They were both very polite and professional. Ryan was also very helpful and proficient when he came to do a final check list.
