Just walked through the store hoping to get help. I was planning on spending a lot of money on stocking stuffers and smell good things for my wife, step mother and step sister. Apparently the employees that were there thought I didn't belong there. Of course I don't! I'm spending money on someone else..think about that! The employees who couldn't help me were either chatting with one another or on their phones. It's fine, I can go somewhere, where they treat me nicely and I can spend my money!

I will not return to this store or its locations any time in my future. While I understand some of the fault was my own while following a salon visit that left me unhappy, the Ulta Regional manager was completely unwilling to accept even partial responsibility for using expired products in my hair, and blamed me for not reaching out within a week of the 'correction' appointment that left me completely embarassed by my hair. The managers here have no interest in their clients or concern for having a good experience or they would have followed up with a client experiencing poor or undesireable services. They fail to consider the inability for some people to make the phone call due to anxieties or worries of costing anyone their jobs if they speak up about how unhappy they are... Ulta truly only cares about their profits, at least at this location.
