Nyback's Floral & Vintage Shoppe

My husband went online to Avas Flowers to order flowers for my birthday when he was out of town. He ordered a beautiful bouquet and a box of chocolates. Was supposed to be free shipping it wasnt. He was called the next day & told the flowers he ordered from the website were seasonal and not available. They offered a small credit to make up for. The next day on my birthday I received a TINY bouquet and a small bag of candy from Nybacks Flowers, a local florist. I received my order at 6:45pm so I went all day on my bday with no flowers thinking he forgot. Avas promised to send out 24 roses to compensate. The flowers arrived late abcs there were only 12. They said they couldnt send the other 12 to the same address. Only if I had an alternative address. It was horrible customer service from both Nybacks and Avas and a horrible huge rip off. No more online flower orders for us!

Ive placed orders with this business since it was a struggling upstart. This year, 2022, they must be doing very well. Well enough that they dont care to keep return customers. Apparently I tried to place an order too late, too close to a holiday. They were sarcastic and SO rude. Ill endeavor to not use them in the future.
