        O'Hairs was the worse funeral chapel I have ever encountered. The staff act like greedy salesman. He would continue to push us to do things after we had already declined. For example embalming. We said no to this every time and each time he would just ask us in a different way. I have called the office many times with various questions and I was told I would get a call back and never have. It is so disappointing to spend so much money to get nothing.
