Rooms: The rooms were big and clean

We've only been here a couple of hours. But everything has been steller. We had just drove ten hours. We were very tired. SYLVIA is why i decided to book my whole stay here at this hotel. She made our arrangements in such a warm way. How I get greeted matters so much.
And, certainly when you're spending this kind of money. Someone who has a good attitude cares. A good, healthy attitude. NOT just nice! But, genuine.
I really need to have a clean room. She assured me that it was very clean but to go ahead and inspect it. If there was any issue, she would take care of it right then. Well, she was right! The room is spotless and so comfortable, thus far.
I have an autoimmune disorder. I gave her a small run down of how that affects me. She helped us decide on a room that would be comfortable and safe for me. I love this room. I appreciate her so much. She is like a hug from a warm rainbow.
