        Inexpensive, but very clean. Provide small samples of shampoo and conditioner. Cleaned daily. Easy access to hwy 97 and shops. All of the front desk gals were delightful!

        It's been a month and my $100 security deposit had not been returned to my card. It still says pending transaction. I have called the desk and they say they have released the funds. My card company says it has not and to Gerry a letter from hotel stating funds have been returned. I will no longer be staying here because of this. Never had this issue anywhere else

        Michelle checked us in a room close to the pool. And it was perfect!!! The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable!! We definitely will be returning!!

        Great hotel. Traveling with a friend. We was heading to Crater Lake National Park and we decidedly to stay in Klamath falls. We was try to budget. And we chose here for the price and good reviews. Glad we did. Check in was semi fast. Our king room looked to be remodeled. Nice and clean. Love that it didn't have carpet on room. And our feet didn't turn black from walking on the floor. The bathroom has a nice walk in Shower. Great water pressure. We walked to the pool room and enjoyed a nice swim. Michelle told is about the BBQ restaurant across the street from them Saturday morning while visiting with her while eating breakfast. Michelle was very helpful and told is about a Cafe close to Crater Lake. Thanks Michelle for everything.

      Please remember if there is a deposit that is charged to your card, the deposit will be refunded upon check out if everything is acceptable in the room, and may take up to 20 business days to be returned to your credit card. Give the refunded deposit time to show up in your account, and then if you still have questions regarding billing, you may want to call your bank, as they are the ones still holding it after you have checked out.
