        Jon has been our agent for our entire marriage, minus a short stint when we found a rate from a Dave Ramsey certified broker out of Portland, that Jon just couldn't match. John called us about a year after our switch and asked to crunch some numbers, see if he could deal us a better policy. Been back with him for 2 months, and we love the local customer service.
