        My young toddler has only ever gone to timber kids 2 times, but they've messed up a total of 8 appointments due to not only canceling at the last minute but BLATANTLY sending wrong times in confirmation texts and emails. When I brought up this concern I was told by the secretary that it is my responsibility to call them to confirm the correct time after receiving a confirmation text; for 1:00 when my child's appointment was not until 4:30. They are the most incompetent clinic in the area, and I genuinely suggest taking your child ANYWHERE else.
