My mom lived here for a time, and I worked here for about a year. A great place for seniors!❤ Also, I believe it would be desirable to have a couple of employees on each shift to just spend time listening to these folks. Love them. Make them feel loved and important. The aids are so busy, not alot of time so stop to visit. It's important for these seniors to feel loved, as many of their families don't visit enough~or at all. Sadly, I saw this while employed there. I'd love this position. 🤗

This was the best place ever to work. I started as a caregiver, became a med aid and worked my way into the Activities position. I worked with the most loving staff and the residents became our family. I left a little piece of my heart behind at the great GRRR community to move to Florida and I miss it to this day ❤️ Truly one of the best communities to work for in La Grande

If it weren’t for Sheri at Grande Ronde Retierment I don’t think we would still have my mom. She pushed and pushed and got my mom admitted to GRH even before she was a resident. My mom has been on the assisted living side for a little over a year and we wouldn’t want her to be anywhere else!

Being an employee here is a blessing. The residents, families, staff, and management are always so supportive and fun to be around. I love being a part of the GRRR family, this place has been beyond amazing! Thank you GRRR!

So I loved working with the residents at Grande Rhonde retirement but I know these residents are being neglected in so many way the reason I quit is because the last day I worked the med aid told me to take the resident pendant away because she is tired of her pushing her button which is the help button and very illegal I did not take it away but went down the hall to help another resident out then went back to check on that resident and the med aid took that resident pendent away and put it in her living room where she could not reach it this resident has had multiple falls in the last two weeks and does not deserve this at all and the second picture is of another resident that is suspose to get her meds at 9 pm but the med aid sit theses meds here every time she is working at 7 pm so those meds sit there for two hours let's not forget that there are residents that wonder into other residents rooms it's all bad and very illegal I care deeply for all the residents there but when im told by the med aide to do something illegal that was it for me I feel so bad for these residents they deserve nothing but the best
