Earth & Water Works

I am beyond grateful for earth and water works! My grandparents had their well pump stop working so I called many places to see if they could get help. As I am out of town and my grandparents are elderly as well as disabled. With the holidays coming up I didn't get any answers but earth and water works picked up! Tanner was so kind to head to my grandparents even though he had already gone home for the holidays! I sincerely cannot express how deeply grateful I am!

My husband had just passed away, as if I wasn't going through enough, and I was having issues with very low water pressure. I called to ask for an estimate. They did come out in a timely matter, but they charged me $180.00 for an estimate, took them 2.5. hrs. and they couldn't tell if it was the pump system or the pump itself? The quote came in from $500-5000. I called another company, no charge for an itemized quote, and they fixed system and put in a new pump for under $2000.

The crew is awesome! They went above and beyond to put my well in a good location. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable! Ann in the office is top notch, always keeping me updated with the schedule and quick to answer questions. I hope to never need another well but if I do they would be my first call. They even came in under the estimate which is not the norm in today's economy Services: Pump installation, Well installation

I used earth and water for my new build drilling a well and installing the pump. I have been having water issues ever since the install so I had the well inspector come out and he found a bad pitless adapter which has been the cause of my issues. I will be reaching out to earth and water to see if they get back to me and help fix this. I will adjust the stars after I see how this is handled.
