    Customer service is horrible. Short girl with lip piercing had a bad attitude and a blonde lady decided to work on a 3 footlong mobile order instead of taking my order as Im in the lobby making me wait there awkwardly while she works on an order for a customer whos not there. Then the one with the lip piercing had finished my order just slapping vegetables on sloppily, folding so all the contents of the sand which fall out as soon as I open the wrapper. Worst subway in my opinion..

    This Subway will not take The Subway coupons. They sent out coupons so I went there to try it out. I waited in line to get a meal and when they where done they would not take the Subway coupon nor word they match the daily special price. They would not let me talk to the manager or owner. I filed a complaint for false advertising with the BBB and they basically lied and said they will take the coupons but they still don't. Please do not support this store until they take the Subway coupons.

    If you use the online app. Make sure to check your order before you go. I recommend going in if option to order properly. I swear every time I use the online app there's always something wrong with my order here. Last time forgot my family's cookies in meal. And this time I asked for my order to have turkey instead of ham. That's what I've done here before for this order and worked fine. Employer said put in special instructions what toy wanna sub so today I did as usual. And my order was not right. I don't eat out often so when I do it's disappointing when people don't read orders especially being a fellow chef of 11 years myself. Maybe try caps if you request special instructions so they actually read it ....lol idk. I just don't want other people being disappointed in there food like I was, and being in food industry as well, I don't find it very customer service of this business. Came back months later now in 2022 and they still can't make wraps right. Check ur order they mess it up
