U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Im in the process of moving from central Oregon to the greater metro area near Portland. These folks have always been able to supply what I need and have been generous with their help on my long lasting project . Ive also been very satisfied with the landscape materials that Ive picked up there in the last few years. I could easily recommend them to family and friends.

Located inside Cascade Bark & Landscape Supply on the southern edge of La Pine, I rented a trailer made specifically for hauling a car. Everything about the experience was perfect including interactions with staff and the trailer itself. Also, I made my reservation calling the national U-Haul phone number. The representative I talked with there knew her stuff. I was thinking I had to travel 75 miles to Bend to pick up this trailer, but she suggested La Pine which was just 40 miles. I'm 66 and have rented from U-Haul dozens of time in my life (in at least 3 different states). This was by far the best experience. That's saying a lot because I've never had a bad experience. As a bonus, I discovered a great store for landscaping and gardening supplies. The prices are good and they stock some products I'll need when spring roles around next year.

The whole team was absolutely on point with amazing customer service! Ended up needing the truck for an extra day, so the team went and got another truck for the next reservation. Never got one complaint or issue with them. I will ONLY use this location to get a U-Haul rig!

Absolutely Horrible!! When we arrived to drop off the gentleman was busy. We double checked with him the gas amount but was later charged an extra $28 for gas. I was to be there at noon. I showed up at 11:40 and than was charged an extra day because it wasn't checked in till 12:20, seriously !!!
