During the recent wind/ice - once in a decade - storm I had a tree go down blocking the road. It was 7pm on a Thursday evening, LO Public Works answered the phone on the 2nd ring - trees are going down EVERYWHERE in LO. Within 20 minutes someone had come out, assessed the tree and put up warning signs for drivers. Friday, early morning, the tree was cut up and pushed out of the way for traffic to go through. By the following Monday, the tree was picked up and cleaned from the road. Absolutely amazing and fast work when you consider HUNDREDS of trees are down all over the city. Very well done! You all should be very proud of yourselves for your organization, execution, and making things happen quickly to ensure public safety!! THANK YOU AND WELL DONE!

So impressed with how quickly the city worked to add a necessary street sign to our corner. Special shout out to Will Farley! I called at 2p on Monday and when I woke up Tuesday morning the no outlet sign had been installed. Thank you!
