I was having problems with me furnace just before a cold spell during a Saturday i had called many different ones. I found that most of the business charged a high fee on the weekends like $250.00 and that was just for coming to your home then everything they did cost you more, i was worried because it was going to be in the low 20s for three days and i would have no way to heat my house. than i came across a company i never heard about and they sent a guy out and he got it running but said it may not last long and we talked and i decided to replace it with a new one as the one i had was over 21 years old and i have had many problems in the last year. they gave me a great price and help with the financing. i got a fare deal and it was going to be two days before they could order and put it  in so just incase mine went out again they left three space heaters, I  did not need them and got the new one put in. the next day i had seen it was running all the time and not working like it should and I called them and told them and they sent out someone and it was just a loose wire they fixed and things are great.. thank you so much Aire Serv.     I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needsYOU WOULD BE SMART TO USE THEM ALSO

My husband and I are so glad we used Air Serve for our HVAC needs. Dean and his team have taken great care of us over the past several years, as we needed to first replace our AC and later the Furnace/hot water tank. Last month they even came out a year later to help locate a leak inside the wall near the hot water tank from our 20 year old existing pipes and was able to get it fixed. He just came back to put the hot water tank back into place (after we got the drywall patched back up again). Always great friendly and knowledgeable service. -Diana

We used Aire Serv of Lake Oswego in both 2019 and 2020, installing first our AC and then our Heater and hot water tank. Both times they were extremely professional and timely, and got a much better system in than we originally had and at a more competitive price than the other bids we received. Dean was so personable and knowledgeable, that when a slow leak appeared in our wall in the garage near our hot water tank, I gave him a call to see what he thought. Even though they're all working crazy late hours right now with staffing shortages that is plaguing every industry right now, he found a way to work us in. He quickly got into the problem area of the wall and discovered that an original pipe from 20 years ago had sprung a pin hole leak causing the issue. He was able to get it repaired right then, saving us a lot of further damage.  (and still had several other stops to make that evening). I can't even begin to thank Dean and Aire Serv for finding this issue and getting it taken care of. Three years later our new AC unit and hot water tank is still performing far better than the original units that came with our home.
