Keely Schmidt: Allstate Insurance

Absolutely SHOCKINGINGLY bad customer service! Multiple phone calls and messages and no responses to insurance needs. When you do get Keelie on the phone, she makes makes promises and doesn't follow through. I would not recommend this hot mess of an insurance agency.

I received a flyer with an estimate recently. The price was great, and I was ready to cancel my current insurance and switch to doing business with Keely. I have left three messages with my name, phone number and address over the last eight days, and they never answer or return my calls. I'm not sure if I want to do business with an agent that doesn't return my calls!

Keely and the whole office is amazing. They make the whole process of switching insurance companies seamless. Even when we had delays with closing on our new house Keely adjusted the effective dates, she did all of the behind the scene work with our lender and made sure all of the paperwork was in order. I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs.
