I had the pleasure of working with Tricia Ayers and she has been oh so helpful with setting up renters insurance when I moved. My plans abruptly changed and Tricia was so kind and understanding that life happens. She was on top of checking back in with me and getting my renters insurance all squared away for me. Would highly recommend and I’m looking forward to working with Tricia more!

We are moving across country from Virginia to Portland, OR, and since our current insurance company does not do business in Oregon, we needed to look for new automobile, renters, and umbrella policies. The entire staff at Lauri Alexander's office has been wonderful to work with but Tricia Ayers in particular has been so incredibly helpful throughout this entire process! She never seems to get tired of answering my endless stream of emails promptly and always answers my phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Based on my experience, customer service is a very high priority here. I feel fortunate that I just happened to have contacted them when updating our insurance policies!
