Jerry Jones Landscaping

Used Jerry and his team last summer to fix and replace some sprinklers that were removed by my deck contractor. This contractor recommended Jerry to get my irrigation system up and working again. Jerry came and gave me a detailed quote for the work he would be doing. Along with the replacement of sprinklers, he fixed a zone that was not working and added some sprinklers to correct some coverage issues. His tech came out on the day he promised and on time. He took his time to do the job right. What prompted me to write the review was the follow-up provided today. I took my sprinkler out of hibernation and one zone would not turn off. Called Jerry and he talked me through finding the defective valve and troubleshooting it. It was still stuck on. I knew he was busy but he stopped by because he was close by with another client. He found the issue immediately, fixed it, and didnt charge me (and didnt criticize me for probably causing the issue). Just a word about scheduling. Jerry is awfully busy with customers so we waited I believe four weeks before he could get his technician outbut were happy we waited due to the professionalism before, during, and after the job.

Today the driver of this company truck put myself, my family and those around us in harms way. His driving skills were the worst I have seen in 50 years. It was frightening. Nothing we could do to get him to stop getting extremely close to our vehicles and others. Terrible experience.

I appreciate being their customer. Over the two recent years, JJL took care of a broken sprinkler line on same-day notice, visited our property to confirm that the system is working flawlessly, and timely turned it off & on when I missed to call them. This year, Jerry went above and beyond to thoroughly test our complicated sprinkler system switchboard in the early season. Thank you, JJL!

I think this is my third review on Yelp, not a fan of doing this. Yet, I had such a great experience with Jerry Jones coming and repairing my irrigation system at my home, I must do this. I have had two other companies try to fix my sprinkler systems over the last three years, and never has been done right. Calle Jerry's company Saturday, told them not an emergency, and he showed up Monday at 9:30am, and had me fixed in less than an hour, doing more then I asked for. The price was amazingly low, which I am very thankful for. Honest, explained everything he did and what I will need to do in the future. Did not try to upsell me. One of the best experiences I have had in my 66 years with a contractor, no the best, call Jerry :)
