We were buyers from out-of-state and Yvonne turned out to be the ideal real estate agent for us. She has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. She quickly focused in on what we were after and discerned the tradeoffs that we would be willing to make in a property purchase. Her fiscal skills are very strong, always very helpful in any property purchase. She is well connected and was able to get definitive answers to our questions quickly. Her attention to detail and, very importantly, her follow through are both excellent. She is easy to contact, she responds rapidly and is a strong communicator. We would recommend Yvonne highly and without reservation.

Yvonne is super to work with. She is well organized, extremely knowledgeable and such a hard worker from the beginning to end. We have closed on and moved into our new home and at times we still have questions and she has always responded and assisted us whenever needed. Not once did she never return our calls or emails. I have no doubt that if we ever need an agent in the future we will reach out to her. We also highly recommend her services to all our family and friends here in Oregon.

My husband and I recently worked with Yvonne to buy our first home and it was 100% the right choice! Yvonne really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and after looking at several homes, we found the one that was meant to be ours! There were a few bumps during closing (from the sellers side) but Yvonne was there every step of the way and always fought to make sure we got what we were looking for.
