Eric Croll & his assistant Emilia, made the sometimes difficult & frustrating mortgage loan experience as easy as they could. Both were great at communicating, replied to every phone call, every question and were very thorough on their follow up. We appreciate all their efforts on getting our loan closed on time, even with a few bumps along the way that they had no control over. I me an Eric had a quick chat on a Saturday about the possibility of getting us approved for a home loan. On Sunday we filled out the application and first thing on Monday he contacted us and let us know we were able to buy a home. He immediately got in contact with our realtor and remained in constant communication through the process. By Wednesday morning we were under contract with a closing date only 26 days away. Eric and his team got us closed on time and worked with us every step of the way. After 2 previous real estate transactions with other companies were the closing was held up it was refreshing to work with a team committed to closing on time.

My husband and I originally worked with Eric in 2013 when we purchased our first home. We had a good experience with his team then, it was our first home and didn't know what to expect. Recently, I was asked by a friend (who was also a mortgage officer) about refinancing and consolidating our debt. Our equity was favorable to allow us to pay off debt and get cash back. We began the process in July with my friend/mortgage officer. He worked on our loan for two months with problem after problem and delay after delay. I was finally fed up and contacted Eric. He was so efficient in getting my refinance started and it went seamlessly. His entire team is honest, thoughtful and friendly. His assistant, Melanie, is so helpful and sweet! She even answered an email for me afterhours! Eric is conservative with his cost estimations, which is what I prefer because a worst case scenario that turns out to be good news is much better than an best case scenario estimate than generates disappointing news. I wish I wouldn't have strayed from Eric and his team to begin with. I didn't realize how easy they make for their clients until I tried to refinance somewhere else as a favor to a friend. I would recommend Eric and his team to any of my friends and will be using him in the future.

Eric and Melanie recently helped my wife and I close on our first home. Being first-time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect but Eric's team was top notch in answering all of our questions and helping us to a quick, smooth close (30 days!). I also appreciated Eric's approach of providing "high-end" estimates throughout the process, to help us avoid any surprises later on. Highly recommend!

My partner and I were actually working with a different broker from a different agency when everything fell apart days before we were scheduled to sign closing documents.   Feeling distrustful of all mortgage brokers in general we decided to reach out to Eric only because we had met him at an open house and were impressed with the time he took answering all our questions.  We called Eric and he immediately set up a meeting (this didn't occur with our first broker) to discuss our needs.  Eric was very thorough in explaining different options and what we needed to do to reach our goals.  Once we started the process things moved along seamlessly which offered us the ability to close approximately one week ahead of schedule.  If you want to work with someone who is reliable, organized, responsive, and honest then contact Eric.  In addition to Eric, we want to recognize his assistant Melanie and Aaron (can't remember his exact title) as they too were instumental in keeping things on track.  We will definitely contact Eric again and would highly recommend him to anyone.
