Horrible customer service. Filled out an application for the USDA program, sent in my tax returns.. called and called. No return phone calls. Finally got a call back after I complained and they told me to send in another tax return, which I did. Then nothing. Not a phone call or email telling me if I qualified or not. I asked them "Can you call me and let me know if I qualify.. either way, just let me know?" Nothing. Do they think I do this for FUN? There are ten thousand other companies to use out there... please don't use this one.

We've had a great experience with Capital Hill Mortgage on a friend's referral. We worked directly with Doug and were always able to contact him over the phone. He answered all our questions quickly. Now we just have to find the perfect house! We'll be calling back soon (hopefully) to wrap things up. Thanks to Doug and the Capital Hill Mortgage team for making the process easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and easy turnaround.

We are working with Doug and his team at Capital Hill Mortgage on our first home purchase and they have been so helpful and responsive with everything.  Doug took the time to understand all the details of our rather unique situation - they really know how to get the job done for us. and they are a local company which is very nice too.  I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a home mortgage, including friends and family.

Omg this company got my number from some online application I filled out for something real estate related.  I started getting test messages from someone named Doug Jacobson. I replied to each one anticipating his call and apparently that call never happened.  There was something about the replies (or lack there of) that made me feel my messages were not being read.  As if automatically replied by a service.  The texts stopped after a few days and I wasnt disappointed that they did.  6 months later, a random text arrives and I ignored it.  6 months passed again and I get another message. I replied to that message but, again, no reply.  I googled the company, found the number, called, and low and behold, Doug Jacobson answers the phone. I explained to him what happened and all he said was, "I'm not aware of this happening".  Well, Doug.  If it's your business, you have to be aware of the systems YOU set up that are in place to communicate with clients.  This system might work well for some, but has resulted in this review from me.  Attached are the screenshots of the texts.  I tried to upload them in the order received but they appear out of order.
