I recently considered a remodel and contacted Dave for a loan. I informed him up front my decision to remodel was uncertain but wanted to start the process. Along the way Dave kept me informed at every step and did everything possible to speed up the process. In the end, I opted to not remodel. When I contacted Dave to tell him my decision, he was beyond understanding and professional of my decision even though I felt bad for putting Dave through all of his efforts without completing the process. At no time did I feel pressure from him to finish the deal, and I was appreciative to him for accepting my decision.
