Ryan is a great attorney who helped me through a difficult time for myself and my late wife. Couldnt ask for a better person for the job. His attention to detail is impeccable.

My mother-in-law retained Ryan to represent her in a personal injury claim in 2019. Unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away in 2021 but Ryan stuck with my husband and I to help my husband peruse a claim as estate representative. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team. Due to our circumstances, many things occurred along the way that changed the case, but throughout it Ryan always kept our best interest in mind. Ryan excels at communication. If we had any questions or concerns, an email or phone call to him would get a very quick response. I've had lawyers before where you have to wait weeks to hear back from them, with Ryan it was always within a couple of days. He is able to explain the situation in real terms. I don't want to say he "dumbed" things down for us, but he made sure we always understood what was happening and which steps were needed next. He used terms and language that we understood since we are not well versed in legal terminology. I've not had the best experience with lawyers in the past, but Ryan treated us respectfully, is extremely empathetic, never once did we feel like he was just in this for himself. He never rushed us, he was patient throughout the 4 years of representing us and working on our case. My husband and I 100% trusted that Ryan would advocate and fight for the best outcome of our case. Which he did. It was an absolute blessing to have an attorney where we could just, breathe and not worry that things weren't getting taken care of. We hope to never need Ryan's services again, but we would retain him as our lawyer in a heartbeat if we ever needed to.

I was in an accident being a good Samaritan. As the home owners insurance company started off being great... Turned into me being handed to a different agent that in my opinion had a different agenda. I had contacted an acquaintance of mine that was an attorney. He recommended me to Ryan and Kelsey. This was my first experience ever dealing with an attorney. They were GREAT! What needed to be done took some time, and they told me that right at first. They were right and it did. I'm very pleased with the communication and punctuality I received with them taking on this task. If I ever was in another situation that was in their expertise, Ryan Hilts Law would be my first call! Thanks again Ryan and Kelsey for all that you did.

Ryan was absolutely awesome, he helped me understand the process and options when I felt that there was nothing else to do but to take the insurance offer. Ryan helped me get well compensated and made the process stress free. Give him a call you wont regret it, is always better and easier to have an expert deal with insurance companies for you.

Ryan is a great attorney, he's down to earth and really wants to help you with your case. He was amazing for me after my car accident. Walked me through every step of the process, it took a year and a half to resolve but the wait was worth it. He responds to emails in a timely manner, and even drove in from Bend to meet with my mom and I after the accident.
