As a new home owner. I was a little overwhelmed with starting the process, but Ben Rezac and the Opt team were very helpful from the beginning. Ben helped educate me through the process and was open and available to answer any questions quickly. The team was on top of their communication and allowed me to hit each key deadline to close. Overall I was happy with the process and education from Ben and his team.

Rhett King KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. From start to finish, Rhett handled everything with ease, provided excellent advice that was always spot-on, and was engaged and present for any and all questions or issues. Proceeded with excellent photos, a dynamic (jam-packed) open house and a stellar stager recommendation... sold the house in THREE days, with two offers in two days. We could not have asked for a better, more detail-oriented realtor. Selling a home can be a nerve-wracking process, but Rhett truly made it so very easy. He thought of everything and provided us with such peace-of-mind. We would have Rhett in our corner ANY time!

From day 1 Drew had a clearly defined and organized plan to quickly sell our house. He continuously updated us on actions taken and showings and feedback. Even in a tough market, and bad time of year, Drew sold our house near the top of the market. I wish I could give more stars. Of all the agents I've used, he is at the top of the list....
