        Couldnt help but see a misinformed review-reply from management 2 months ago. Do not say the fish does not have additives or added color. That is false information. I dont care about your MSC-certification. Be clear and be honest about your sushi. It is a farmed fish. It has added color. For example, more than any other fish on the menu, its the almighty King Salmon. Color added through the food pellets they consume in water-pens. Period. Look it up yourself folks. That beautiful color isnt so natural. Neither is that fat content. You should really consider where you eat with misinformation floating around like this Ps: Youre probably just doing your job, but this this is not OK as a customer.

        Rude hostess. Acting like its still the pandemic and they are too busy to be nice. To go orders take an hour when the restaurant is less than half full in the middle of the day. To go sushi also didnt come with soy sauce or wasabi. Such bad customer service. If their food wasnt so dang good I wouldnt go here. But alas, it is.

      Hi Laura,I apologize that your expectation didn't match the experience during your visit. On weekends, we have 50 minute quote times for all takeout orders. This rule is in place to prevent late orders or bombarding our chefs with unachievable order times, which would lead to potentially unhappy guests. In an effort to reduce waste, we have not automatically included tamari, wasabi, ginger or chopsticks for over a year. On any future orders, please select the amount of wasabi, ginger, tamari or chopsticks that you need to enjoy your meal and we will happily provide them at no cost.
