Helen's bookkeeping skills are on point, she is one of the few bookkeepers in the area that actually know what they are doing. She helped me identify multiple problems we had in our organization. Unfortunately, my boss did not want to follow all of her recommendations. This resulted in massive problems in the company I worked for. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink!

This person is not organized. Has cost our buyer of commercial vehicle bad credit rating, not paid creditors on time. Wouldn't ever recommend this company.

Helen was our bookeeper for two years. In the first year many mistakes were made. Costing us thousands of dollars. She assured us in second year she had it figured out and it would be better. Second year with her was worst than first. Charging us for things that she never did. Finally had another firm step in to straighten out the mess she had created and discovered that she didnt do any of the stuff she had said she had been doing. Have sent multiple requests asking for money to be refunded and she doesnt acknowlege the complaint. Very unhappy. Beware
