        Jenny is very nice, however if you have any complications in your insurance, beware! She and her insurance carried over in a trust for me. Her initial contact was super friendly and she sounded competent and wanted to add car insurance to the home insurance. After that things fell apart. A password issue went on for a month because she was using the wrong social security number, mail delivery issues because she sometimes used the wrong address and/or sent to the wrong person (she said her assistant was "disciplined" for this), unnecessary mail (she called "automated") that caused confusion, periods of unresponsiveness followed by no action, no response, and ultimately, a letter of cancellation (sent to me, not the trust who is responsible) because a picture of a wood stove (which was never requested by her or the company) hadn't been sent-in, and an application that hadn't been filled-out (but was again delivered to the wrong person, or not delivered at all). The list of mistakes kept coming for over two months. I gave her 2 stars because I think she tried. Ultimately, I think she just isn't really willing to deal with, or capable of handling, complex situations. If she wasn't able to make the insurance pass down to the trust, it would have saved me a lot of time and attorney expense if she just would have known to say that. The trust ended up insuring the home through his personal insurance company. While I can't speak for straight-forward business with Jenny, if you are going around and around with her, be cautious and note side-stepping (blame belongs elsewhere) as a big red flag for things to come.

      Ms Chambers, we were expecting your comments and we are so sorry that our Agency was not the right one for you. You are absolutely correct in that your situation was a very complicated one. Without breaking privacy, there were multiple parties involved with multiple facets, and quite a few changes always increasing levels of difficulty. It is always challenging for an agency to deal with a trust, as well as multiple parties. Most insurance companies have very strict guidelines when working with a trust while some companies will not even work with trusts because of these complications. We have successfully performed and completed many trust policyholders. Unfortunately, an unsigned policy will always cancel. There were mistakes and errors which we acknowledged with you due to multiple complexities, but we always work hard and are always prepared to endure whatever it takes to care for our policyholders. Where completely wrong is the assumption that our office and especially Ms Jenny isn't willing to deal or is not capable… there is NO greater assumption, as she and our entire office are not only very capable, but we always go above and beyond to find the best rates and coverage for everyone. As we work with many insurance carriers, our task is even more complicated than most agencies and our minimum priority is the comfort, price, and coverage for our policyholders, period. Anyone reading this and certainly, anyone that knows Ms Jenny and our office knows how absolutely amazing she is and how hard we LL work for new and existing clients whom we call family. We do not sleep well if we are not able to perform to our own expectations, much less to that of our policyholders. Of course, not everyone is a perfect fit for our company and our Agency is not always a perfect fit for all. Many sell only on price, and some work hard to provide great value, and our goal is always to find the best we can for our Policyholders. We did speak to the Trust Attorney, and we are happy that you were able to find coverage for your needs.
