AA TOWING

I have to give AA a one star I am a nomad traveler and broke down in the town and needed a tow truck everybody kept referring double a double a double a double a double A you think you could call double A so they could come pick your vehicle up no they offer no phone number for customers how do you get your vehicle towed if you can't call them

Unfortunately my vehicle has been towed by the sheriff's office due to it being a road hazard (broken down on the road and only had a small area to "pull off the road". My fault... Although unable to afford retrieving my vehicle back from the tow yard and in the end it was broken down anyway, I was able to bring proof of ownership, and retrieve my items from my vehicle. Which included items that are considered "necessity items" which by law you are allowed to retrieve from your vehicle when it's been towed such as prescriptions, child car seats, clothes and stuff of that nature. As well as stuff that you wouldn't consider as a necessity or emergency item. I mean I considered it all as important and on a need to retrieve from my vehicle level, however im sure most tow yards would rather have your money then watch someone take every belonging out of their vehicle that has been towed and now sits unpaid in a tow lot. And for this I was greatly appreciated that the guy working that day was kind and didn't have an issue with me taking my belongings after providing proof of ownership. Good experience in the end and greatly appreciative of kind service.
