Lakeview Senior Living

They keep forgetting to bring mom her dinners!! Usually twice a week!!. The food is so inconsistent, from awful to ok. Staff always changing, people quitting daily. Wish I could move mom. She is too willing to always forgive them. ☹️

Our family was very happy with the care and support Lakeview staff gave to our father. He enjoyed living independently until he could no longer do this and then the staff at Lakeview seamless helped Him feel that he was still independent but could receive help when needed. We highly recommend Lakeview Senior Living!

I could not be happier with the Lakeview Senior Living facility and it's staff. The staff is more than just wonderful, they are lifesavers. They had to evacuate all of the residents due to the fire's we recently have faced and how they pulled it all together for all of us is nothing short of a miracle. My Dad lives there and has been with them for 2 1/2 years and I have nothing but praise. These people work tirelessly for our families and I couldn't do it without them. God Bless everyone of them!!

If I could give this place a0 I definitely would no doubt about it, this is not a place I would ever put my loved ones I came to visit a resident they were not blood family but they were like family and they have other no longer here anymore, they had passed but I believe it was due to neglect I've seen the way that they are severely understaffed and the staff that are there on duty, are being mistreated not properly trained in fact I was friends with a staff member and she was a caregiver for the Assisted Living, she was being treated very poorly she didn't get the proper training she needed therefore it was hard for her to do her job and nobody would do anything about it and the people that were trying to fix that we're not very friendly and tried to turn things around on her, I say the lady at the front desk is very nice and friendly she's probably one of the nicest ones they're there a select few staff members that are very friendly but all the rest are for staff members residents being neglected residents are not getting what they need not getting the proper care just sitting all day and not being checked on, management is very important they cannot keep the same manager or hardly long at all and the RN there give me very little information about the resident I was visiting she was short-tempered and I wish I could give them a d r o they are rude disrespectful very unprofessional and not a place you should take your loved one I mean that place should be shut down like it should have been shut down the long time ago. I've seen residents asked several teratons it's walking by to help them for a minute and they said what we're busy will be back in a little bit to help you and when I left that same Resident was still sitting there trying to get the help they need it and was being neglected and it really upset me I brought it to the front desk person's attention she said she would forward it it to management, I've been there when the fire department has come in and was raising hell with this place for how the residents are being mistreated and the type of tears are getting and how poorly the staff are it's so sad what has Society come to.
