        My wife and I decided to use the drive thru during a recent trip to the restaurant on Friday, April 5th 2024. We were 3 cars back in line when a school bus full of kids pulled up (after us) and filed into the restaurant. We were left sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes while they served the entire bus. We couldnt even leave because we were trapped between other cars also waiting. Upon making it to the speaker, my wife told the staff member that we had a mobile order. The staff member informed my wife that the order was ready and sitting on the counter inside. Apparently my wife clicked in-store pickup by accident, instead of drive thru. My wife asked if they could hand the order thru the drive thru window since that is where we were. The staff member laughed and said no, that she would need to come inside to retrieve it. By the time we were done, we had wasted just shy of 45 minutes at the restaurant and our food was sloppily made, soggy and cold. It was a truly horrible experience to say the least. The store should be ashamed at how their staff handled the situation.
