        The motel(should be hotel) was perfect, the counter staff saved our day, but wait, the employees or family that are running the offshore reservation service should be schooled in customer service. Absolutely no concept of courtesy. With a call back I pressed 1 instead of 2 and asked my question, instead of telling me to call back and press 2, they just hung up. Just what you need when your driving down the hwy.

        Great experience as usual, very nice room with a great view, perfect location near our favorite beaches and restaurants, the staff was courteous and helpful. Our favorite place to stay on the Oregon coast, can't wait to stay there again.

        No idea why I see people writing not satisfied reviews. We are extremely pleased with the hotel. The price was definitely worth it for a beach facing view or rather a very good price. The front desk person also was very kind to give our infant some free goodies. My dog also appreciated the complimentary treats packet. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to give a shout out for this OYO hotel. Thank you guys!!
