Beachfront Manor

Staff was very friendly, but room was dirty when we arrived. There was pee on the waterproof cover that hadnt been washed. There was poop on the wall in 2 spots in the bathroom. Shower floor was dirty. Some mold was growing under the sink, etc.. very cute with a nice location, just needs to be cleaned better:/ staff was apologetic about dirty room.

You go for the hot tub on the balcony with beach views, theres great beach access too which is hard to be upset at. Rooms are very dated, but cozy enough. Our fireplace did not work and the bathroom fan sounded like a spaceship leaving earth. Front desk lady checking in was pretty dang rude. I understand what some of the reviews were talking about and also that people have bad days but, that was definitely pretty off putting. Had a lovely time soaking on the coast but, most likely wont return and will try a different place. Walkability: Private beach access

This is our 2nd time we spent at Beachfront, we love the location, the hottub rooms, fireplace etc... However we've been very disappointed with just how hard the beds are. We stayed in 502 recently and we woke up in a ton of pain that left us fighting for the couch, lol. We even contemplated bringing an air mattress, which is a downer because staying in a hotel you don't expect to have to. If you guys could add even a 2inch topper to the mattresses is would make a huge difference, those "beds in a box" that reinstate are terribly hard.

Both my husband and I have left reviews of our most recent stay at the Beachfront ... absolutely beyond disappointing. Rude staff, dirty rooms, garbage left on the floor in our room from previous guests. And worst of all, broken GLASS all over the balcony that we stepped in, to get to the hot tub at night. My husband cut his foot open. When we mentioned this at checkout, the staff could not have cared less. Completely complacent with subpar service. The heat and fireplace was not working in our room during our 2 night stay. No compensation was given, and when I asked for an extra blanket the staff was rude and questioned why I would need it. MAYBE BECAUSE IT'S FEBRUARY ON THE OREGON COAST AND IT'S COLD WITH NO HEAT?! Just so utterly disappointing to see this place slipping. It has increasingly become worse over the last couple of years with rude staff and dirty rooms. Won't be going back.
