I am pleased with my appliance repair. Mr. Hook arrived on time, finished the repair in a timely fashion, and was very personable. I would use this company again.

There's no need to review the ONLY repair guy in Wallowa County, but Dan IS a good guy with fair prices. He has only worked on our oven/range, but he knew his stuff and did great work. I highly recommend him.

Dan has a basic franchise of appliance repairs in Wallowa County as I never found any one else that could work on so many different appliances (with proper licenses). I am from areas where I would just call Sears, but I think I would still prefer Dan over Sears. He is very good at what he does and he communicates the problem's very well. I even got our home insurance company in on it one time and he patiently waited while I got them on the phone and they approved the repair immediately. They had no one contracted in this area. Our first encounters with Dan ended up with Dan the winner, we decided to get newer appliances instead of fixing the old ones and in turn for the original visit we gave him 2 or 3 washers and 2 or 3 dryers. He wasn't expecting that but he could fix them and sell them to other's that needed them. Considering he is the only Licensed Appliance Repair person within about a 75 mile radius he could easily take advantage of that fact but he doesn't. His prices were about the same as the outskirts of the Portland, Metro area which are far lower than anything in Orange County, CA. We will now find out how he does on refrigerator's.
