        It is the magical place I have been too in all of Portland/OR hands down. I lived in Oregon for about 11 years and every chance I get I go can I be hot springs and BHS campground. Restrooms: Outhouse style. Dog-friendliness: It is in a USNF so yes very dog friendly area. Picnic area: Lots of picnic areas and tables.

        "Although open for the summer, FSR 46 will temporarily close again in fall 2023 to remove the remaining fire impacted trees and to complete the final road repair and reconstruction. The work is estimated to go through 2024." --USDA/US Forest Service/Willamette National Forest [Dec 7, 2023]
