        Was a great experience. They were very patient and did not pressure you to make a choice. They also seemed to work hard to provide you with the best trade in value possible. I really appreciated the zero pressure atmosphere and they seemed genuine in their friendliness. I would but a vehicle from them again. I recommend this place

        Came out from Bend to test drive a 2022 F-350 king ranch. Advertised online for $81k. Made appointment with fleet manager to come and test drive & potentially purchase. Upon sitting down after the test drive, the fleet manager says “you know this truck is $86k right?” I replied “no, the website says it’s $81k. “ He then said “oh then we’ll have to adjust that, we’re not selling anything under MSRP right now.” Such a bummer, and classic case of bait-and-switch. But they didn’t care, as they know they’ll get MSRP for that truck all day. I’m disappointed in TSS after this experience, and wasting 3 hours of my day

        Had water in my fuel , knew I didn’t put it in. I bought the truck used from TS&S and had problems with it shortly after. Didn’t feel I needed to pay for a problem a bought, even with a truck under warranty!
