        Do you want the worst lawyer in Madras than this is your guy! I paid $300 for a Last Will which was unusable. It started out giving things to my children then the next paragraph was for my grandchildren. I don't have any children so I don't have any grandchildren obviously. He wrote letters to Adair homes trying to get my $11,000 in building permits back but gave up. I called the City of Culver & they refunded all but the $1,500 application fee. The permits belong to the lot & the lot belongs to me therefore I owned the permits all along. He wrote a contract for a house I sold which there were so many loopholes that I had to pay another lawyer over $2,000 to repo the house!
