She not only is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate process, but she was a great pleasure to work with and had a very positive attitude. She made the selling process very easy and seamless even when there were curve balls. There is no one better to have in your corner and she is such a go-getter with a great attitude. Laura Walsh is a truly AmAzInG realtor. Due to her level of commitment, her knowledge of the local market and her problem-solving skills, Laura made our desire a reality. Our desire was to help our son purchase a home in an overpriced, competitive market. This process could have been very stressful without Laura's dedication, advocacy, attention to detail and constant communication. Oh, yes, there were snafus! The closing date was extended because the tenant had not moved out. Laura worked with the seller's agent to protect our interests and move the process forward. When the tenant did leave, numerous piles of debris, trash and even flammable liquids were left behind. Laura went above and beyond for us~~she used her truck (and enlisted the help of others) to haul it all away. She also hired a house cleaner. We highly recommend Laura Walsh to anyone buying or selling a home. She was there for us every step of the way. Thank you Laura!!!!! We are grateful to you for making our desire become a reality.
