Buildor helped me to convert my basement into a two bedroom apartment, convert my garage into a studio, remodeled my bathroom, made improvements to my kitchen, and created a laundry room upstairs. Thank you to Ron who continuously demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and great communication skills. Ron, and the tile crew, are superior in their work ethic and deliver on a final product that anyone would be pleased with.

Buildor just transformed our unfinished basement from a dingy almost root cellar to a beautiful habitable space replete with a curbless shower, egress window and a spacious bedroom too. Dan and Ron were easy to work with; their attention to detail was always apparent, and they were extremely transparent and patient as the project progressed. If we find ourselves doing another remodel, we're going to team up again. These guys are experts in all things Oregon code and they do everything from re-piping, replacing knob and tube to impeccable tile installation.

We could not be more pleased with our brand new finished basement from BuildOR. Daniel and Ron are absolute pros and they were a joy to work with over the last 6 months. Daniel is a straight shooter and will keep it real. He was honest from the get go on what was and wasn't possible, and knows Portland Building Code like the back of his hand. Ron was professional and curteous while in our home. They clearly take strong pride in their work. I would recommend them 10/10 for your next home project. Service: Remodeling

We couldn't be more happy with the remodeling work we had BuildOR LLC do for us. They installed a new roof, remodeled our kitchen, and converted a small office space into a new bathroom. Communication with BuildOR was timely from the beginning and they were so easy to communicate with along each step of the way. Their bids and plans were very thorough and detailed. They were always on time, and stayed true to their timeline and the budget. If there needed to be a cost adjustment (as was the case with our terribly old roof) they were up front about it and incredibly professional. All other projects stayed on budget though, which was pretty remarkable considering the scope of the work we had done. Ron and Daniel were very thoughtful, they kept all the work areas very clean and tidy, and the quality of their work is impressive. They are very talented craftsmen - they have an eye for detail, the "layout" of the space, and take pride in their work. They are very kind and always quick to respond to an email or text. We were also impressed with their positive and optimistic attitude every step of the way. We will not hesitate to use BuildOR again for our next house project. During the summer of 2021 we had the pleasure of working with BUILDOR to construct the master bedroom suite of our dreams. Working from a design that we supplied, the BUILDOR team, namely Daniel and Ron, brought our vision to reality with many cost savings and value added methods and materials. Daniel was very good at communication via text, email and phone in addition to his on site presence. Ron's work was efficient and excellent. At all times both men were endlessly courteous, friendly and non-intrusive. The subcontractors utilized by BUILDOR were all top notch, on time and professional. Especially nice cabinetry and flooring work. The project was started on time and finished in a reasonable period considering the hidden problems of a 100 year old house. I have never had a better contactor/client experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any project large or small. Service: Remodeling
