Tributary Whitewater - Deschutes River Outpost

I had a great experience on the multi day rafting trip with guides Ruthie and Dave 0. The river was gorgeous and provided great opportunity for bird watching. A highlight of the trip was seeing wild horses on the warm springs Indian reservation. Ruthie is an excellent rafting guide and a joy to be around. Dave O made camping in the wilderness feel like a resort getaway.

Our whitewater float down the Deschutes was awesome. This was our 13 year old grandsons first whitewater float, and he had a great time. Our guide, Cole, explained all the ins and outs of the float, discussed all precautions, and described how to respond to safety issues. As our trip progressed, Cole gave us options whether we wanted more or less aggressive whitewater. That was reassuring, especially for those with less floating experience. We had an awesome time. We have gone with this whitewater company for many trips, and look forward to floating with them for many years to come. I highly recommend them.

Had a fun and relaxing 3-day trip with Tributary Whitewater on the Deschutes River. The owner and his experienced guides had a ton of river knowledge and made sure our group had a enjoyable and memorable trip. They prepared good meals and necessary gear. We also saw a bunch of wildlife. Would recommend for those looking for experienced guides, a well organized trip and enjoyable time.
