        What a horrible experience we had here today! My sons car was totaled while he was sleeping being hit by a passing car while it was parked. After 5 days with no vehicle we came to this store and they said he had to put a $50 deposit down. They would NOT take his debit card even after talking with his bank and if I used mine it would be $15 a day extra. . This is one of the worst experiences after not being able to work because no car to get there waiting for the insurance. UGHnever use this place if you can help it.

        RUINED OUR SKI TRIP!!!!!!! Had a 4wheel drive SUV reserved for monday morning... We had called 2 times previously to make sure our reservation was set .. We came in to get the vehicle the morning of our vacation and there was no 4wheel drive vehicle there! They said they could get us a 2wheel drive vehicle but it wasn't there yet!!! We WERE going on a ski trip with our kiddos into the mountains and had actually let them know previously when making the reservation why we needed 4wheel drive. WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL, or EMAIL, or TEXT to let us know they wouldn't be able to fulfill our reservation prior to pick up time?????? We could have made other plans! They offered us a 7% discount for our next trip since they didn't have our reserved vehicle....LIKE WE'D EVER USE THEM AGAIN! ... It was very sad telling my kids the ski trip canceled ..We were unable to obtain the vehicle we needed on such short notice from other rental places nearby .... Since we were supposed to be checking into our hotel that day we couldn't get a refund for our hotel room for the week ! I will never ever go back there again... They didn't even seem remorseful!!! Very disappointed! You guys RUINED our family vacation!

        Rented a chevy malibu and it was so perfect and I was able to rent it until our vehicle situation was back to normal. I was particularly impressed with all the staff at Mcminnville site. And personally know one of the associates. I also blessed the next person with a full tank!
