The Boutique Retreat is a delightful "tiny house" hotel with 9 cottages, each with a distinctive design. We stayed in the Ohana Bungalow, which was well appointed and comfortable. It's in a quiet and convenient location with plenty of parking available, restaurants nearby and the fun Mac Market a few blocks north (with the excellent Bodhi Bakery). And it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to downtown McMinnville. We look forward to staying there again!

Fun spot in the perfect location. We spent one night while attending a play in McMinnville. This is a great spot, quiet and convenient, close enough to walk to downtown, or very short drive. Felt totally safe. A short way down the street is the Mac Market...a large indoor venue with a sustainable items shop, a specialty foods market, a bakery that turns into a bar after 3pm, a pizza place and the Hayward Restaurant (fantastic food and service!) The tiny houses are each individual. Spotlessly clean, plenty of coffee pods, and tiny kitchen. Our Bohemian Retreat was a little too light at night for us insomniacs so bring eye pillows. The area is quieter than I would have expected...great for us! We'll return.

New, modern, nicely appointed, efficient. The bathroom could use a space heater. Convenient street parking. Walkable to the shopping/dining area, but walk down Lafayette not Alpine because the train tracks interfere and you don't want to get stuck on the wrong side of them (really).

What cute rooms! These are an entire, if small, houses to rent. Being winter the outdoor chairs, fire-pit & possible visiting was not happening, but I cant wait to go back in nice weather. Close to coffee bar, beer, and R. Stuart winery, long a fav. My wife & I stayed 2 nights as we visited wineries & celebrated my birthday. Maybe the best place weve stayed in McM area in years. Nearby activities: So many good tasting rooms! And dining options: French bistro, Spanish tapas, burgers galore, cupcakes & coffee. A car really is needed to explore the area & even more wineries. Walkability: Just 2 blocks from center of McMinnville. Very safe & well-lit at night.

We had a short but wonderful stay in the Ohana Bungalow. Super clean and cute, thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Loved the 5 min walk to Hayward. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
