I wish there was an option for no stars. One star sounds like she kind of did her job and she definitely did not so, she doesn't deserve even one star. I feel we could have won our case if Jill even attempted to do her job. She had over a year to prepare for the hearing (because of COVID our hearing was postponed) and she waited until THE DAY BEFORE the hearing to reach out to us. She did not prepare well and she absolutely failed to prepare us. She often took weeks to get back to our questions and concerns and sometimes did not respond at all; her paralegal is rude and not helpful. i have never been so disappointed and felt more defeated then I do right now. If you think you have a decent chance of winning your case do NOT hire Jill Fox.

If I could give her 0 stars, I would. My family started working with Jill OVER A YEAR AGO and it was the worst decision we ever made. She is horrible with communication, takes weeks/months to respond, or sometimes doesnt even respond at all. We have paid thousands of dollars to her. She was not prepared for our hearing and didnt even prepare us beforehand. We ended up losing because of her lack of preparation and interest in our situation. If she didnt think we could win, she shouldnt have taken our case. To be honest, she probably didnt even do her homework and waited until the night before the hearing to collect last minute information that should have been asked about way earlier!!! I highly recommend using anyone else but Jill. Do not waste your money!!!!!!
