My 1st experience (years ago) their plumber was under the house and he had broke a water pipe that sits next to my toilet....water flooded the bathroom. He turned off water, used all my towels to clean the bathroom floor up but water had ran into my heating system. Weeks later I had to get under the house and clean out my heating pipes becuase the house started to smell. I had to pay for all the time he spent destroying things.2nd experience just recently had a shower leak. Plumber was in my house less than 20 minutes but I was charged for an hour and a half to cover his travel time for 11 miles both ways and for him to load and unload.not cool gorlmey.
