I have always ordered from this location since they opened, not sure what has changed but I placed an order online and went to pick it up and ended up waiting another hour. They hadn't even started my order. I was not pleased.

The pizza was delicious. The staff were amazing. However, it is under new management and they have reduced the staff to the point that they couldn't give good customer service!!! They were running their butts off, but were way too busy with walk-ins and drive thru to keep up with only 3 staff working! Hey, new managers, we have grown accustomed to excellence. Keep the staffing levels where the customers are being taken care of, or your traffic will go down and your staff won't stay!

February 7 2023. absolutely 5 stars for the STAFF who are working very hard! zero stars for 'under new management' who seem to think 3 staff can handle everything  on a super sale night!  Management, please figure it out or you will lose your customers and staff!

For months now I've had nothing but problems and terrible service ever time I try to order from this Papa Murphy's. It use to be good food, good service, and good management. This place is now an absolute embarrassment to miltonfreewater and it's Papa Murphy's name. Food is terrible, customer service is distasteful, and whomever manages this location is absolutely lazy, incompetent, and an utter disgrace to the Papa Murphy's name and should be replaced ASAP!!!
