        Very low key, never rushed. Negotiation of price was minimal. Kevin and his team in sales are#1. We have found some issues with the coach and are hopeful that factory warranty is fast and hassle free. So update on warranty, fixed as promised. Factory was less than helpful and stuffed like they would probably not fix. Kevin the Mgr assured me that it would be fixed and that he would fight to get the money from factory. It was fixed and no cost to me and factory stood behind it.

        Josh was very knowledgeable and respectful of what we were looking for. He showed us only the trailers that fit into the box we gave him. Price and wishes in a trailer. Thank you Josh it was a great experience!!
