hired AcePro Audio Visual for a ceiling-mounted AP installation in my home. Izaac, who handled the estimation, was knowledgeable and helpful. Despite a minor miscommunication at the projects end, Izaac was patient and responsive, even after hours. Erik and Austin, who came for the installation, suggested a more practical placement for one of the APs, saving us money and reducing home damage. Their solution was both thoughtful and efficient. They also went beyond the call of duty by helping me with some camera issues. Overall, AcePro Audio Visual delivered professional, customer-focused service.

Ace Pro was very responsive to my request for an on-site bid, and Isaac was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I paid $150 for the consultation, and was told I'd get a bid within a day or two. That was over a week ago, and despite two phone messages requesting the bid info so I could meet my timeline, the company never bothered to contact me again. That took the five stars down to one.

We purchased our home in Salem recently. Selection of a contractor to evaluate, and update our home security system as necessary was extremely important to me. I considered friends recommendations, unbiased reviews found on sites like this, and did my own research to arrive at an understanding of what was possible, what was needed, and what was affordable. I selected Ace Pro Services because they had a very good grasp of what was possible, needed, affordable, and came highly recommended. I worked with Eric during the evaluation, bid and initial contracting phase. I found him to be knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and perhaps most important, honest. Ace was able to procure the hardware needed in a very short time. This surprised me, as supply chain bottlenecks for items such as these are a common occurrence these days. Installation of my new system was completed by Gregg, Freddie, Eric , Austin & Dave. They worked around our schedule, were competent, professional, and definitely went the extra mile to ensure that our system met my expectations, and our contract. Unless you thoroughly understand how these things work, and are savvy enough to take care of dailing it in, the fine-tuning that needs to be done yourself, you will appreciate Aces post installation support. Cant say enough about Dave and Austin, ensuring that our questions were answered, that our system performed as advertised, and any hiccups along the way were dealt with in a timely manor. I would use Ace again without question, and wholeheartedly recommend them UPDATE 8/23/23 Weve been very happy with our system installed by Ace, as noted in my review above. Wanted to send a shout out to Ace again, Izaac & Austin on the Ace team, for providing a video with instructions for camera maintenance that I need to do. These folks continue to surprise on the upside - so glad to be able to work with Ace, thanks again folks

We live in Happy Valley and hired Ace Pro Services to install a Google Nest camera above the garage. This required running cable from the breaker box to the desired location above the garage door. Isaac was very professional and easy to work with in providing an estimate. Stan and Westin, who performed the work, were friendly and courteous. When the initial installation did not work out as planned, Stan and Westin performed troubleshooting and solved the problem. We would use Ace Pro Servives again!
