I rented a store in Milwaukee and met Kelly Rising who welcomed me very well. Moreover, the service was excellent. Kudos to Kerry for doing the most perfect job I have ever encountered. *Edit* Still the best storage place in town. Kelly is very helpfuland keeps the place clean and safe. Fantastic service! I am new to storage rental dynamics and Kelly was so helpful with information on how the process works. The facility was clean and Kelly really was the man to see about renting a unit. He seemed to take his care of the location very seriously. When it comes down to getting the rental unit it will be at this location and with this very knowledgeable and helpful staff. *Edit*. Talked to Kelly again about this location. Still great customer service and knowledgeable. If you need a unit talk to Kelly. *Edit* Still the best place in Portland to store your stuff. Public Storage was running a special and Dustin made it quick and easy to get setup with a new storage unit. Kelly was great to work with as well, and accommodated access just at closing. Great team with better than expected customer service, highly recommended!

Just closed out our account with this Public Storage. Stored the company truck here for about one year. The few times someone left garbage, it was picked up promptly. Something damaged was generally repaired quickly. And the Staff was always polite and professional. They would help, assist and direct you as best they could. Professional and clear, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
