I recently learned that Maps credit union banks (MRBs) MARIJUANA RELATED BUSINESSES! Ive also heard they want to bank psilocybin businesses which are both federally illegal. What a shame. If you want your money to support illegal activities then bank with maps.

Jenn Robinson the branch manager is the absolute worst bank representative I have ever dealt with. She will interrupt you, she will talk over you and she will do it the whole while with a horrible basic Karen face. We were going through an extremely stressing ordeal and she showed absolute no concern or care. She gave us no help and repeated herself numerous times and then sent us off with a phone number for someone else to deal with. She does not having any basic customer service qualities or any compassion what-so-ever. We will be removing our account from here and going somewhere else.

There is a whole new team at this branch. I didn't think it was possible but this new & much younger team is even better than the last team? They even have a girl, that doesn't really talk but rather every word that comes out of her mouth is like a song!!! I know, it's amazing. Going to this branch is like; A musical banking transaction. I did complain saying, the guy's don't talk like that!!! Keep up the good work MaPS.

The staff are always so kind and helpful! Even if it is in a smaller town, it always made me feel a little more special when Id walk in and be greeted by name because they remembered me (it helps when you go in every other week or so but I digress). It was always nice to walk up to the counter and have your teller know why youre there. I miss that this branch was my home branch, but I still pop in if I happen to be in town and have to do something at the bank.
