Avoid this place as much as you can. Wait times for appointments are extremely long. The front desk staff are horrible. At least the ones I've talked to. They're incredibly short and unhelpful. They don't seem to care at all, and its not like I'm a rude person on the phone. Madonna especially should choose a different like of work. Probably something not customer facing. It's like pulling teeth to get the medication I NEED from these people. I don't know why they went into healthcare. Trust the other reviews and see a doctor elsewhere.

I called the office today to get a message to the medical assistant or Dr. Placek and was refused for message to be sent. As Dr. Placek knows I am a nurse and she has not only been my doctor but has worked with me. I am having sticky black stool that while in the water you can see the blood leaking out of it red into to water. I am having bloating and stomach pain. I recently had oral surgery of 18 teeth removed and have been taking 600 MG of ibuprofen every 6 hours for a week. History of gastric bypass and or bleeding ulcers. I just wanted some lab orders placed for an H&H and occult stool. If H&H is low we could look at further treatment. Know I shouldn't wait but can't afford an ER visit so this is a good place to start. She told me I had to have an appointment and it would be weeks to see anyone in office. I just wanted the question asked to see if she would be able to assist without me having to spend thousands for the ER. She refused to even allow the question to be asked. I love my doctor but since Salem health took over this kind of response is what I always get, except from Madonna she had been there awhile and she is great.

They were so rude .they where trying to have my daughter were a mask and she is only 2 years old the doctor didn't know what was wrong with my child
