Simons Construction and Drains, a plumbing company

****UNTRUSTWORTHY**** I called Simons due to a leak I had. I was at work and they assured me they would be to my house at a specific time. I ran home, was there waiting two hours before the specific time, and waited for two hours after the time they promised they would be there . I called them to see what was going on but they did not answer. I left a message and they called me back saying they would like to come over the next day to make it right. I told them I had to take off work already and would have to take another day for the new appointment. I was assured they would show up if I gave them another opportunity. Well, they never showed up again. I had to take two days off work which cost me over $1000 in lost wages for no one to ever show up. Not only did they not show up, they never even called me to explain why, apologize, or attempt to make it right. If this is how they do business, Im glad I never saw their quality of work. Im guessing it would have cost me more in untrustworthy and low quality craftsmanship.

We had an RV drain with the associated pump and a new water hose connection installed in our side yard. Josh and crew did a great job. Very friendly and kind people.

My in-laws needed help with a new washing machine not working and the water supply line. Josh fit us into his busy schedule the same day. He was very professional and we are so grateful for his prompt and courteous help.
