        The trailer was a good price and high quality, but the custom service seriously lacked. The main guy (much older) told me to come in the next day to grab the paperwork. So I did, but he had already put it in the mail and didn't tell me. We had a kinda lengthy conversation about what time they'd be open and when they'd close the next day due to the heat. Just seemed very odd to make a customer drive out to their place for noting.
